The environment monitoring sensor of electric gripper mainly includes stepper motor and driver
1. Stepper motor completes distance measurement, policy recognition and other functions through image recognition technology;
2. The driver uses the time difference and phase difference between the transmitted wave and the reflected wave to obtain the azimuth and velocity data of the target object.
In terms of stepper motor, it can be divided into forward-looking, around looking (side looking + back looking) and inside looking motor according to the covering direction of field of vision, among which the forward-looking motor is the most important, which can affect the direct life of the equipment.
Forward looking electric gripper has different solutions, such as monocular electric gripper, binocular electric gripper, and even multi ocular electric gripper. Although binocular or multi eye electric gripper has higher ranging accuracy and wider viewing angle, it is still unable to mass produce because of its high cost and high requirements for accuracy and accounting chip.
